Blether Buddies Befrienders commit to a weekly meeting at the client’s home or in their local community, or a friendly chat over the phone.

The main objectives of our befriending service are to form a trusting relationship over time, where none currently exists, to reduce isolation and loneliness and to make the client feel happier and independent in their situation.

To be eligible for this service, clients must meet our eligibility criteria:

1st or 2nd generation Scot (Born in Scotland/has Scottish parents)

Widow or spouse of 1st generation Scot

Lives in London
