WalkTheTalk is a free, online peer-led community for people living with social anxiety.


It is a safe, non-judgmental space run by volunteers. You can practice socialising, meet others, and grow in confidence. You do this at your own pace without any pressure.


Join for as long or often as you need.


The sessions are based on CBT, adapted for a peer group setting.
