WalkTheTalk is a free peer support group for people living with social anxiety. We meet every Monday evening at 8pm online, in small groups of five or six people - low-key, no pressure.
Sessions have a loose structure: a check-in, sharing wins and upcoming challenges, and some light icebreakers to practise real social interaction in a safe space. It's not therapy, and we don't claim to be. It's more like a weekly confidence workout with people who genuinely get it.
WalkTheTalk is open to anyone across the UK, including neurodivergent members. It's free to join, and you don't need to have done therapy before - or to have stopped.
If social anxiety has been quietly running in the background for a while and you're looking for somewhere to start, this might be it.
