The program for next month is the last of three series - 1st was on Nutrition, 2nd was Fundamentals of Exercise to Health and the last which is coming up April is Fundamentals of Sleep on Health.
In the 3rd session, Preeti Pandya (Online fitness coach) will explore the essential role sleep plays in recovery, energy, hormone balance and overall health. She will explain why sleep quality matters as much as quality and how poor sleep can affect both physical and mental wellbeing
