This practical and interactive 2-hour workshop will explore how food can impact your mood - both positively and negatively  - and what to eat to improve your mental wellbeing.

Join us and learn how you can:

  • Understand the relationship between what you eat and how you feel
  • Become aware of how your mood influences your food choices and which foods affect you
  • Adopt simple changes that don't require a lot of effort, time or money
  • Follow easy and fun recipes and tips to help you feel better and more relaxed


This workshop will be delivered by Sylvie, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach.

Sylvie enjoys making healthy eating easy and fun.

She believes in supporting you with simple, consistent steps so that you can feel happier and healthier.
