Health Benefits of Tea and Coffee


After water, tea and coffee are the most often enjoyed beverages.  Apart from providing cozy morning rituals or providing an afternoon boost.  These hot beverages have some health benefits too:

  • reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke
  • reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes
  • slow the progression or reduce age-related neurological disorders. 
There can be side effects of consuming these hot beverages based on their caffeine content.

In summary, drinking tea and coffee provide a number of excellent health benefits with few side effects that can be managed by switching to herbal tea or decaf coffee.
