Join our new peer support group The Nook, for and run by people with mental health challenges.


Peer Support Group

When and where?

Every other Monday, 2:30-4:30pm

Royal Borough of Greenwich location (exact address will be given after you register)


What we offer:

A safe space to talk openly and honestly about mental health

Peer support from people who have walked a similar path

Real talk: honest discussions led by peer group facilitators who have been there


What can you expect?

Hot drinks and snacks provided

Location: convenient community space in the Royal Borough of Greenwich

Experiencing low to moderate mental health needs (with or without a diagnosis)
