Before the Greenlights is a trauma-informed family support programme designed to help families facing challenges around neurodiversity, behaviour, emotional regulation, welfare, and access to wider services.
Delivered over 6-12 months, the programme provides tailored one-to-one support to help families build routines, strengthen communication, improve confidence, and create long-term stability. Families will receive practical guidance, emotional support, and help navigating ASD/ADHD pathways, welfare support, and community services
