Our postnatal wellbeing support group offer a safe and supportive space for mums, led by mums who know what it’s like.
Over the weeks we guide you through different topics and talk about how you can best take care of your wellbeing and mental health, while connecting with like-minded mums. We will help you set up a WhatsApp group, so that you can stay in touch throughout the course and beyond. You are welcome to bring your baby with you 😊.
