Our aim is to reduce loneliness, promote independence and improve wellbeing for people in the community. We support individuals through friendly companionship visits, practical day-to-day assistance, social inclusion, appointment support and signposting where appropriate. We work in a person-centred way, respecting each person’s choices, routines, privacy, culture and preferred level of support. Our activities focus on safety, independence, confidence, social connection and quality of life.
