OncoMove is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) providing free, online cancer exercise rehabilitation for adults living with or beyond cancer.
Our 12-session self-referral programme combines personalised 1-to-1 support with small group exercise classes, all delivered by qualified Clinical Exercise Physiologists. Every participant receives an individualised exercise programme tailored to their cancer diagnosis, treatment, current fitness level and personal goals.
The programme aims to help participants:
Reduce cancer-related fatigue
Improve strength, fitness and confidence
Manage treatment side effects
Improve physical and emotional wellbeing
Safely return to everyday activities
Participants complete assessments before starting and throughout the programme to monitor progress. We also offer regular online coffee mornings, providing opportunities for peer support and social connection.
Who can access the service?
Adults (18+) with any cancer type
People currently undergoing treatment or living beyond cancer
Anyone able to access online sessions
OncoMove is a self-referral service. Individuals can refer themselves via our website, after which a Clinical Exercise Physiologist will carry out an initial assessment and risk screen to ensure the programme is safe and appropriate. Healthcare professionals are also welcome to signpost patients to the service.
All sessions are delivered online, making the programme accessible to people who may find it difficult to attend face-to-face rehabilitation because of treatment, fatigue, travel or other commitments.
