OncoMove is a Community Interest Company (CIC) that aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people living with and beyond cancer through accessible, evidence-based exercise rehabilitation.
We provide free, online cancer rehabilitation led by Clinical Exercise Physiologists for people at any stage of their cancer journey. Our core service is a personalised 12-session one-to-one rehabilitation programme, where participants receive an individual assessment, tailored exercise prescription and ongoing support to help them safely manage the physical and psychological effects of cancer and its treatment.
Alongside our one-to-one programme, we offer supervised group exercise classes, educational resources and regular online coffee mornings to encourage peer support and reduce social isolation.
Our activities focus on improving strength, fitness, balance, fatigue, confidence and quality of life while reducing barriers to accessing specialist rehabilitation. We work closely with healthcare professionals, community organisations and social prescribers to ensure people affected by cancer can access safe, personalised support regardless of their location or financial circumstances.
